In the event of an absence, parents and guardians should notify the school of a student's absence by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the absence. Absences may be reported by completing the school's online attendance form or by emailing the attendance secretary, Andrea Butwell, at butwellan@watertownps.org. When reporting an absence, please include the student's name, grade, reason for the absence, and, if known, the anticipated date of return. In the near future you will be able to send absence information through ParentSquare.

We can’t do this alone, and your voice matters! You can easily plug into our community by joining your school’s PTSO. The Swift PTSO is a Parent-Teacher-Student Organization supporting our school community through events, fundraising, and volunteering.

Our meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month in the Swift Library Media Center at 7:00 PM.
