Welcome to the Swift Middle School Athletics page. Here you can find information pertaining to our athletic program regarding registration, sports offered, and directions to games. Please feel free to contact Athletic Director Kaycee Correia with any questions.

Swift Middle School Athletics uses an online registration system called FamilyID. FamilyID is an easy to use program requiring entry of various fields including name, address, sport, and emergency information.

If you are interested in trying out for a sport listed for that season, you are required to complete the online registration by clicking the sports registration link below and having an updated physical on file. Registration and updated physicals must be completed in order for a student to participate in Fall sports.

2. When directed to the FamilyID webpage, click on Swift Middle School Winter 2025-26 Athletics Registration
3. At the bottom of the page, Create a new account and register. **Note if you already have an account you do not need to create a new one.
4. $80.00 FEE WILL NOT BE DUE UNTIL FINAL ROSTER IS CHOSEN.

NOTE: If you are not sure if your physical is up to date please contact the nurse's office or athletic director. Form below can be completed by your physician.
